Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which Eskali Digital (“Eskali Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles cancellations, refunds, and payments for our digital services.

Because Eskali Digital provides digital services rather than physical products, traditional product returns generally do not apply.

By purchasing or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. Digital Services

Eskali Digital provides digital and professional services, which may include:

  • Website design and development

  • E-commerce development

  • Digital marketing

  • Search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Advertising management

  • Branding and graphic design

  • Content creation

  • Automation and AI solutions

  • Consulting and strategy

  • Other digital services agreed upon with the client

Because these services may involve time, resources, planning, development, research, or work performed specifically for a client, certain payments may become non-refundable once work has started.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel a service before Eskali Digital has started performing the agreed work, you may contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a full or partial refund of amounts paid, after deducting any:

  • Administrative costs

  • Third-party fees already incurred

  • Work already performed

  • Non-refundable expenses

Any refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the applicable proposal, agreement, or service terms.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once work has started, payments may become non-refundable because resources and working time may already have been allocated to the project.

If a client requests cancellation after work has begun, Eskali Digital may retain amounts corresponding to:

  • Work already completed

  • Time already spent

  • Project preparation

  • Research and strategy

  • Design or development work

  • Third-party services or expenses

  • Other costs reasonably incurred for the project

Any remaining refundable balance, if applicable, will be determined based on the specific circumstances and applicable agreement.

4. Completed Services

Once a service has been substantially completed and delivered to the client, payments for that service are generally non-refundable.

This may include completed:

  • Websites

  • Designs

  • Branding materials

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Consulting services

  • Content

  • Development work

  • Strategy documents

  • Other digital deliverables

Acceptance, approval, or use of a completed deliverable may also affect eligibility for a refund.

5. Subscriptions and Recurring Services

For recurring services or subscriptions, cancellation will generally prevent future billing after the cancellation becomes effective.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already started.

Amounts already paid for a current billing period may remain non-refundable where services have already been provided or resources have been allocated.

6. Client-Requested Changes

Requests for revisions or changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.

The number of revisions included in a project may be specified in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

7. Delays Caused by the Client

A project may be delayed when the client fails to:

  • Provide required information

  • Provide content or materials

  • Approve deliverables

  • Respond to communications

  • Provide access to required accounts or platforms

  • Make required payments

Such delays generally do not create a right to a refund.

Additional costs caused by significant client delays may also apply where permitted by the applicable agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

Eskali Digital may use third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, advertising platforms, plugins, applications, or other services.

Payments made directly to third-party providers are generally subject to the refund and cancellation policies of those providers.

Eskali Digital is not responsible for refunds issued or denied by third-party services.

9. Advertising Budgets

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as advertising networks or social media platforms are separate from Eskali Digital’s service fees.

Advertising spend may be subject to the policies of the relevant advertising platform.

Eskali Digital does not guarantee refunds for advertising budgets that have already been spent, committed, or charged by third-party advertising platforms.

10. Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us as soon as possible at:

contact@eskali-digital.com

Your request should include:

  • Your full name

  • Company name, if applicable

  • Description of the service

  • Date of purchase or payment

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Relevant invoice or payment information

We may request additional information before evaluating the request.

11. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment provider

  • Bank or financial institution

  • Payment method

  • Technical processing times

Eskali Digital is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

12. Non-Refundable Payments

Unless otherwise stated in writing, certain payments may be non-refundable, including payments for:

  • Work already completed

  • Services already delivered

  • Custom digital work already created

  • Third-party services already purchased

  • Advertising spend already incurred

  • Domains, hosting, software, or licenses already purchased

  • Services where the applicable agreement states that payment is non-refundable

13. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have identified a billing error, please contact us promptly at:

contact@eskali-digital.com

We will review the relevant transaction and, where appropriate, correct verified billing errors.

14. Termination by Eskali Digital

Eskali Digital may suspend or terminate services where permitted by the applicable agreement, including in circumstances such as:

  • Non-payment

  • Material breach of the agreement

  • Misuse of our services

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Unlawful activity

  • Repeated failure to provide required information or approvals

Termination does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of amounts already paid.

15. No Guarantee of Marketing Results

Digital marketing, advertising, SEO, and related services involve factors outside our control.

Eskali Digital does not guarantee specific:

  • Revenue

  • Sales

  • Leads

  • Rankings

  • Website traffic

  • Advertising performance

  • Conversion rates

  • Return on investment

Failure to achieve a particular business or marketing result does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide rights that differ from this policy, those legal rights will apply.

17. Changes to This Policy

Eskali Digital may update this Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

We encourage clients to review this policy periodically.
